Mr. Trash Wheel has a fresh new look — and funding — thanks to the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens, the Stephen and Renee Bisciotti Foundation and the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore announced Tuesday a five-year, $3.75 million partnership to support Baltimore's Healthy Harbor Initiative.
