Footage showed the moment Ukrainian drones attacked the city of Shuya in central Russia's Ivanovo region.
Shuya hosts the 112th Missile Brigade, which operates Iskander ballistic missiles. Locals told Russian media the military base was the target.
Earlier, Ukrainian intelligence accused the same brigade of launching the April 13 strike on Sumy that killed 35 and injured 117.
