-Tap on the three dots on the Instagram Reel you are watching.

-Select "Closed Captions" from the options menu.

-Choose "Always Show Closed Captions" to display subtitles for all Reels.

-Alternatively, select "Only Show Translated Closed Captions" to show subtitles only for Reels in a language different from your Instagram language.

-After selecting your preferred option, you will see the captions appear on the video as it plays.

-If you select the translation option, subtitles will only appear when watching Reels in a language different from your app's language setting.
