- Time Cycle Fixed on Each Cities
- Replace PS2 Button HUD
- Law Enforcers has Retextured Models
- Mission Bug & Textures are Fixed
- Fixed Radio Skipping Audio Bug
- Money, Health Pack, & Body Armor Pick-Up has been Remodeled
- Many Weapons has been Retextured
- Increase Ammo Amount when Buying New Weapons at Ammu-Nation
- Brass Knuckles is now it's own Separate Weapon Inventory similar to Knife & Bat
- CJ holds Sawed-Off Shotgun Two-Handed when Lower Hitman Level
- Rebalance Pool Mini Game
- Safehouses Lighting and Textures has been Fixed
