Leaders of Baltimore's Chinese sister city are in town for an international cultural exchange. A delegation from Xiamen spent Tuesday morning at the Enoch Pratt Free Library's central branch to see an exhibition that depicts Baltimore's 40-year history with the Chinese city. The exhibit is open to the public on the central library's second floor through June.
