Officials closed roads around the north entrances to Oriole Park at Camden Yards after receiving reports of a "manhole cover explosion." Baltimore City fire officials told 11 News that crews were called shortly after 9:30 a.m. to West Camden and South Eutaw streets, where they found a manhole cover dislodged. No injuries were reported. Baltimore Gas and Electric told 11 News that there was no smoke, no charring and no signs of a fire. The utility said no fiber or electricity outages have been reported, and no nearby businesses were impacted.
