This guy may have been clowning around, but the cops were not. The Palm Bay Police Department in Florida released this bodycam video of an officer arresting a man in a clown costume. They say he returned to a shopping plaza after he was ejected for trespassing, but he didn't take the news well. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
