Security guards now stand at different places near the intersection of Greenmount and Venable avenues in Baltimore City after a quadruple shooting Saturday night. Baltimore City Councilwoman Odette Ramos, D-District 14, demanded resources and said the incident was the second shooting in that general area in roughly three weeks.
