Baltimore County police are asking residents in Dundalk to shelter in place due to an ongoing barricade situation. According to police, police have responded to an armed barricaded person near the Gray Manor Terrace area and are asking residents to avoid the area and to shelter in place. Three area schools Battle Grove and Charlesmont Elementary Schools, and General John Stricker Middle School are on lockdown. This is an active and a media staging area has been set up at the Flea Market on North Point Boulevard.
