Baltimore Police said they heard gunshots near the 400 block of Light Street just before 10 p.m. on Sunday. When police arrived, they saw a large crowd and said a 16-year-old boy was shot in the arm. Shortly after, investigators said a woman approached officers and told them she noticed a man in distress while she was driving. Officers later found a 28-year-old man who had been shot in the shoulder.
