Fire breaks out at downtown Baltimore apartment building

The Red Cross is helping 18 families displaced Thursday after a fire in downtown Baltimore. Baltimore City fire officials said a two-alarm fire broke out on the eighth floor of a nine-story, high-rise apartment building on East Saratoga Street. Two people were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The Red Cross said it distributed drinking water to residents and will continue to offer services.
