Baltimore City's Department of Public Works is reopening Lake Montebello's bike and walking loop after it completed a sinkhole engineering project. The loop had been closed since 2023, but will reopen to the public on Saturday. However, some areas will be fenced off while crews stabilize the ground and wait for grass to grow.
