To the families who lost their loved ones, there's nothing I can say that can make this day easier, but I hope being here together reminds you, your loss is not invisible, your grief is not carried alone, and your loved ones helped build this community, they shaped its story, they shaped our story. And, while they may no longer walk amongst us, may they rest in peace and may they live through each and every single one of you."
