TU testing food delivery by robots

Robots are now delivering food to students at Towson University. The autonomous robots can't talk, but they can get around pretty well. A pilot program started Monday to test five robots that can travel at 4 mph and deliver food in up to 10 minutes. Designed to act like pedestrians, the robots use radar, sensors and GPS to travel on campus sidewalks all the while detecting obstacles.
