Classic TV Theme: Matt Houston

Matt (Lee Horsley) was a Texas oil man whose avocation was working as a P.I. in Los Angeles. A true-to-life premise as would be expected from Aaron Spelling. But it ran three seasons, bringing aboard Buddy Ebsen in the third year as 'Uncle Roy'. The typically 80s blaring P.I. theme is by Dominic Frontiere.
