GTA Vice City Nextgen Edition MODDED

This is easily the best mod that GTA IV has ever seen and the modding community is just amazing! True fans of the game are creating mods and share them with one another without demanding anything in exchange. They help each other and share their improvements that they make out of passion.

This is just amazing, the Vice City Nextgen Edition mod, which is already better than the official Definitive Edition, is now even better. And what I show you in the video is just the top of the iceberg.
