In a future Los Angeles, androids have seamlessly integrated into society, performing a myriad of tasks for their human creators. The most dangerous among them, rogue androids, have been quarantined in the SOTO Quadrant, infamously known as DeadZone. Despite containment efforts, a violent uprising led by anti-android rebels plunges the city into chaos.

To combat this threat, the government assembles an elite task force known as R.A.U. Quadrant 4. Led by the experienced officer Max Juarez and his partner Seven—a unique hybrid of human and android—the team must navigate the treacherous terrain between human and machine.

As they hunt down the rogue androids and rebels, Max and Seven uncover a dark conspiracy where powerful humans manipulate androids for their own sinister purposes. With the fate of both humans and androids hanging in the balance, Seven must confront his own demons to save a city on the brink of collapse.
