Peter Dutton addresses speculation that his call for Gaza refugee ban was made without consulting shadow cabinet

Tensions are bubbling over at parliament house after the Coalition again called for Australia to stop accepting Palestinians seeking asylum from Gaza. There was speculation the Coalition's new position was a captain's call. Opposition leader Peter Dutton has addressed those claims this morning.
