Homelessness in bitter winter months means mouldy, damp and wet conditions for rough sleepers

With parts of the country recording their coldest temperatures in more than a decade, those sleeping rough are struggling to keep warm. Crisis centres in regional NSW are calling on the government to create more social housing, with average wait times for a home in Australia sitting at more than two years.
