How to install Mercenaries 2 on PC and Steam Deck (FREE)(2023)

(You must use link in Description, old link destroyed!)This will explain to you how to download and install Mercenaries 2: World in Flames on the Steam Deck and PC. I understand that the explanation for the steam deck was not very intuitive and if you would want a separate video showing this process I will do it just make sure to request that in the comments.

IMPORTANT: Please use WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract. Using Windows 10/11 Built In .zip extractor does not work. In the video I use 7-Zip which I recommend because its free with no pay for addons.

UPDATE:
You can save application specific setting for RivaTuner Statistics Server. First open RivaTuner, navigate to the bottom left of the RTSS(RivaTuner) window. Click on the green button labeled "Add". In the file browser popup from RTSS navigate to your Merc 2 folder and select the "Mercenaries2.exe". Now whenever RTSS is open and you start Mercenaries 2, it will be locked to 60 frames if you properly set up the preset.
