Can You Beat GTA IV With No Wanted Stars?

I tried to beat Grand Theft Auto IV without gaining any wanted stars. Here's how it went.

The only rules for this playthrough were no committing any crimes that affected stats. I used the "stars attained" stat to count how many wanted stars I got and I also tried to minimize the other crime stats like cars stolen, people run over, fires started. Next up I'll probably do this challenge in more GTA games, but I also play games like TLOU, Spider-Man PS5, and Red Dead Redemption so you never know what'll come next.
