WHY BRIDGES IN MOST GTA GAMES ARE CONSTANTLY BLOCKED?

Sometimes you just want to get somewhere else and do something that the game doesn't necessarily tell you to do – including going to a part of the map that is not available to you. But why exactly you mustn't go there? Just to make things clear, we are going to take a look at bridges and tunnels that appear in GTA Trilogy, Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories and GTA 4.
