Hi, i'm coming back after 1 month of no posting, with something new, with a new series called GTA III Mod Showcase. In this series i will review some of the public mods from the internet which is not mine, repeat it is NOT mine.

This mod is a mod exclusive for new interior's in GTA III
I do not own or create this mod, this mod is created by M. Osborn. All credits it is going to him.
Unfortunately this mod is no longer to download, it was posted on GTA Forums and the creator deleted it idk why.
