Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas, former in-game leader of Pentagram and Virtus.pro and retiree this year, is the star of the 304th Episode of 'Reflections'.
TaZ is one of the most decorated players in Counter-Strike history, boasting an incredible record-setting six or seven CS 1.6 majors won - depending on how you count those unofficial majors - and famously winning the EMS One Katowice CS:GO major dropping only a single map. TaZ's ranks fifth in 1.6 prize winnings and 54th for CS:GO.
In 1.6 TaZ's teams were famed for not changing players, except the famed LUq for pasha swap, and peaking to win majors, despite often being the underdog or facing the highest ranked teams in the world in the final. In CS:GO, TaZ's VP was legendary for their oppressive 'plough' style of play and making some of the hardest matches for opponents in the game's history and most entertaining for fans.
TaZ and NEO are the only starting players in both eras and TaZ is one of Counter-Strike's best ever players in his own right.
In Part one, TaZ discusses the early days of competing and making teams with the names he is best associated with now. He also discusses his development as a leader and the issues that led both to the downfall of Virtus.pro and his eventual removal.
