This is the REDUX 2.0 or what I'd like to call 2.1 since this a new update version of REDUX 2 mod for NFSU2 after NFSU2 REDUX mod from 2017, I decided to make a new one with RTGI new enhanced retexture like original game, ray tracing global illumination, ambient occlusion and reflections .This is Need for Speed Underground 2 Remastered graphics mod with ray tracing global illumination RTGI by Pascal Glicher and enhanced remastered retexture texture mod for NFS UG2 and ultra realistic insane real life immersive lighting mod and new reflections, NFSUG2 REDUX 2.0 is like a remastered or remake 2021 made for next-gen PC and consoles like PS5, Xbox Series X, that brings back this old precious childhood masterpiece of game to it's life in 2021.
Though previous version was available for everyone, this version however, is a new remaster project with entire new texturing that focuses on originality and newer lighting that's just totally different level.

Road Texture
Buildings, signboards and literally almost everything retextured
Better lighting
Better colour
Better details, depth of field, shadows, ambient occlusion and night lights, etc.

What is REDUX?
In Latin, redux (from the verb reducere, meaning "to lead back") can mean "brought back" or "bringing back." The Romans used redux as an epithet for the Goddess Fortuna with its "bringing back" meaning; Fortuna Redux was "one who brings another safely home."
