Officer told 95-year-old to stop four times before tasering her

The New South Wales police officer charged over tasering a great grandmother has been accused of using grossly disproportionate and excessive force. According to court documents prosecutors will allege the officer repeatedly warned 95-year-old Clare Nowland to stop moving toward him on her walker.
