Performing Terry Riley's "In C" with a Polyend Tracker and the Koma Field Kit Series

In this video, I explore the unique combination of modern digital and analog gear to perform Terry Riley's minimalist masterpiece "In C." I use a Polyend Tracker, a Koma Field Kit, a Koma Field Kit FX, and a Korg Monotron Delay to create a captivating and ethereal performance.

The Koma Field Kit and Field Kit FX add a unique analog warmth and depth to the performance. I use the Field Kit to process and manipulate various sounds, adding an organic and unpredictable element to the performance. The Field Kit FX provides a range of effects, including filters, delays, and reverbs, which are used to add space and depth to the sound.

Finally, I incorporate the Korg Monotron Delay to add a haunting and otherworldly quality to the performance. The Monotron Delay's analog delay and filter create a hypnotic and dreamlike sound that blends seamlessly with the other elements.
