[GTA4] bug that allows you get to 2nd island without getting kill

we all know in the early progress of GTA4, bridges to the middle island are locked,you will get 6 stars immediately if you try to get across. But in "Do You have Protection?" this mission, a funny bug allows you get across without getting kill!

i guess the reason is that r* dont want dimitri bring kill or captured by LCPD which may create a time paradox. so that they keeps LCPD out.
