-Before you download you need a Clean GTA VC Copy
-After you Extract Open GTA Mod Installer and SELECT : Install mod with script file to gta 3 or Vice City - Then Select I Want to select a folder contains mod files - Then Choose GTA3.IMG Folder and Leave it to install
- Copy the folders from 2 GTA Vice City to You're GTA Vice City folder
-MAKE SURE Dont Copy gta3.dir file ( It's located on models ) or it will make your game crash
