The Konkan Railways is undoubtedly one of the most scenic and beautiful Railway zones in India. The 741-kilometer line connects Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka passing through the dense Western Ghats parallel to the Arabian Sea.
This video is a short Journey on the Mandovi Express which runs from Madgaon in Goa to the financial Capital Mumbai. The train leaves Madgaon in the morning and reaches Mumbai by evening, and is one of the best trains to explore the Northern stretch of Konkan Railways in day light.
