Do you want to contribute to the KDE Community as a developer? Here is how. Commit yourself. Get hardware (we are building 400 C++ git repositories) and networking (unlimited internet, ethernet is better than wifi). Install a Linux distribution e.g. Kubuntu 22.04 on the hardware. Make kdesrc-build without parameters work. Create a gmail.com email account that is used exclusively for your Free Software contributions. E.g. {MostImportantFirstName}{2Or3OtherInitials}@gmail.com. E.g. andrewhrb@gmail.com. Make sure to use the same username ("andrewhrb") everywhere: identity.kde.org, bugs.kde.org, Matrix matrix.org etc. Do https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development . Do improve your C, C++, git, bash, Unix command line skills. Do ask me for help.
