Shooting leaving two women dead a 'planned and targeted attack', police say

Police say Sydney's deadly shootings have hit a "new low", with criminals throwing the rule book out the window. Two women on a night out with friends were murdered on a suburban street in what police believe was a planned and targeted attack.
