Hi! My recommendation for those starting a power yoga practice is to add strength training and to be consistent in their practice. This flow incorporates foundational yoga poses followed by strength drills and holds. I offer modifications as well as options to step it up a notch. This yoga flow is best suited for newer practitioners who would like to gain strength and progress in their practice.
