Starting tomorrow, Dec. 1, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will be implementing the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP), popularly known as number coding scheme, in a bid to reduce the number of vehicles amid the start of the pre-pandemic traffic build-up especially in major thoroughfares of the National Capital Region.
