Delhi govt deploys boats in Yamuna to dissipate toxic foam

As frothing continues in Yamuna, the Delhi government on November 10 has deployed 15 boats to clear the toxic foam from the river amid Chhath Puja celebrations. Delhi Jal Board employees are also sprinkling water in the river.
