National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval on October 28 said that deliberate weaponisation of dangerous pathogens is a serious concern while climate change is another threat.
"The deliberate weaponisation of dangerous pathogens is serious concern. This has heightened the need to build comprehensive national capabilities and bio-defence, bio-safety, bio-security,” said Doval at Pune Dialogue on National Security 2021, via video conference.
