Thomas says about Magic on Facebook :
"“Magic” from Humanity Chapter III was finished at 4am on a beautiful summer night in Norway. Summer in Norway means we have days where the sun never goes down. It has a very magical feeling that I think permeated the music in a sort of Coldplay inspired way. The difference of course is the big orchestral arrangement. I also went with a completely different format than a typical pop song. There is no verse/chorus structure. Instead I wanted it to progress slowly into an explosive chorus.
The original version had vocals by myself (If the sun didn’t, I kept the neighbors up with my singing I’m sure!). I kept my original voice in the background while Kimera added some beautiful vocals on top."
