Driver high on drugs rams into car, kills two after driving against traffic

A driver believed to be under the influence of drugs rammed his car into another vehicle along the Federal Highway, Kuala Lumpur heading towards Klang around 2.09am on Sunday, killing two people after he drove against the flow of traffic.
