Congress senior leader Harish Rawat on August 31 said that both India and US’s intelligence agencies have failed as they could not predict when the Taliban will reach Afghanistan. “Today, Pakistan and China hold the upper hand in Afghanistan. America has put the life of the whole world in the ruler to save its life. America's friendship has become too expensive for us,” said Rawat.
