zeek on Making his Dream Move to Acend from G2, Playing in cNed's Shadow | Showstopper Ep.11

Stage 3 of the VALORANT Champions Tour is in full swing.

While Fnatic and Team Liquid were competing in VCT Masters Iceland, some teams in EU underwent huge roster shuffles. One of biggest trades happened between G2 and Acend, where Jose Luis “koldamenta” Aranguren Herrero and Aleksander “zeek” Zygmunt swapped teams.

As it turned out, the trade was hugely beneficial for both teams. zeek brought a new playstyle to Acend and helped them secure a first-place finish at Challengers 1 as well as a direct qualification spot for the EMEA Playoffs. They are one step closer to making it to Masters Berlin.

Joining Upcomer’s Yinsu Collins and Tyler “Fionn” Erzberger for this week’s Showstopper, zeek revealed what it was like to leave G2 behind for his new team and gave candid insight into his grind in VALORANT. Not only that, the former Fortnite player also told Upcomer why he’s happy to play in his star teammate Mehmet Yagiz “cNed’ Ipek’s shadow.

Last but not least, Yinsu, Tyler and zeek also took a trip down memory lane in a special edition of “Roast My Tierlist”.
