I've always been obsessed with this scene from Coraline, though I wish Coraline had more than the couple spoonfuls of mashed potato and bite of chicken she got to enjoy before her plate was whisked away and replaced by the welcome home cake!

In this video, you can hear the sounds of heavy rain beating against the windowpane and miscellaneous dinner noises such as cutlery clinks, liquids pouring, and napkin rustles. You can also see the outline of the Other Mother's silhouette and faintly hear her humming in the kitchen as she preps the final touches of dinner.
