Oil Rigging: Some members ignore OPEC 'united' move to leave output unchanged

All members of the international cartel of major oil exporters are committed to maintaining current levels of oil production. At least that's what OPEC announced on Friday. But despite this seemingly united stance, individual member states are going to do quite the opposite.
