The Eds make a cruise ship out of a big tire inner-tube and convince the children, particularly Jimmy and Jonny, to go on the cruise. All goes well until the Kanker Sisters cause havoc.

All to get their hands on some delicious jawbreakers. The kids of the Cul-De-Sac had better watch out when they the Eds are scheming around but be wary of those Kanker sisters...
