GTA Vice City has suffered a lot, since it's ported to PC, and every version that came after PC didn't help much. And Rockstar instead of fixing it, it release the worst version in the entire world, The Definitive Edition.

In this video, we will fix every mistake that Rockstar made and restore everything that it lost during time, maybe we'll add some improvements as well.
