GTA III - Get a Bulletproof Cheetah (NO CHEATS, NO RHINO TANK) - "Tourismo" Mission

This works across all platforms (Ps2, Xbox, Android, iOS, PC). Here is a method in which you can steal a bulletproof Cheetah from the "Tourismo" mission WITHOUT CHEATS, and NO RHINO TANK! It's mostly luck. If you're having trouble completing the "Tourismo" race because the Mafia keep blowing you up, use this trick!
