The wait continues for Mortal Kombat 1 to GET OVER HERE, but thankfully, there isn’t long left until the next chapter in NetherRealm Studios’ beloved and long-running fighting game franchise is finally in our hands. And as its launch draws closer and closer, so, too, does NetherRealm continue to dole out new details on what we can expect from it.
Recently at Gamescom week, we got the reveal of new characters for its main and Kameo rosters, details on a brand new single player mode, and even the reveal of the first few minutes of its story mode, which brought interesting revelations related to the reboot’s narrative.
