Ingredients
500g Chicken breast fillet
Help a pack of filo pastry/Sac yfka
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 Carrot
5 medium size mushrooms
80g Pickled cornichons
3-4tbsp Tomato passata
salt,black&white pepper
For the white sauce/bechamel
500ml Fresh whole milk
50g Butter
3tbsp Plain flour
salt&black pepper
100g Mozzarella cheese for the top
