След „Роджър и аз”, „Фаренхайт 9/11” и „Сико” режисьорът се връща с нов, доскоро супер секретен проект, наречен Where to invade next („Къде да нахлуем следващия път”, преведен и като „Кого да нападнем сега”). Той бе показан в специалната програма на феста. След атентатите от 11 септември, войната в Ирак, контрола над въоръжаването и проблемите в американското здравеопазване Мур пак подхваща Пентагона – след 6 години мълчание, последвали „Капитализъм: Любовна история”, и то точно в навечерието на президентските избори. На въпроса защо продължава да атакува страната, която обича, той отговаря: „Именно защото я обичам”.

Новият филм подлага на кръстосан огън дългия списък с инвазиите на САЩ – осъществени и потенциални, и задава въпроса какво би се случило, ако Америка продължи да дава най-доброто (тоест най-лошото) от себе си, за да напада други държави и нации...
